Terms of Service – Tzu Love Studio

By using this website and placing an order with Tzu Love Studio, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Custom Products
Tzu Love Studio creates personalized digital pet portraits using photos provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for providing clear photos that they have permission to use.

Order Process
After placing an order, customers must provide the requested pet information and upload a suitable pet photo. Production begins after the necessary information and photo have been received.

Turnaround Time
Custom portraits are typically completed within 2–3 business days. Customers will receive a proof by email before the final high-resolution digital portrait is delivered.

Revisions
Each portrait includes one complimentary revision. Additional revisions may require an additional fee.

Digital Products
Custom Pet Portrait – Digital Download is a digital product. No physical product will be shipped unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.

Customer Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing the portrait proof and requesting any included revision before final approval.

Personal Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, completed portraits are intended for the customer's personal use and may not be resold or commercially reproduced.
