Shipping & Delivery Policy – Tzu Love Studio

Tzu Love Studio currently offers personalized digital pet portraits.

Digital Delivery
No physical product will be shipped for products identified as digital downloads. After your portrait has been created and approved, the final high-resolution digital file will be delivered to the email address provided with your order.

Turnaround Time
Custom portraits are typically ready within 2–3 business days after we receive your order and a suitable pet photo.

Portrait Proof
A proof will be sent by email for your review before the final high-resolution file is delivered. Each portrait includes one complimentary revision.

Physical Products
If Tzu Love Studio offers physical products in the future, applicable shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and shipping information will be provided with those product listings.
