Return & Refund Policy

Because each Tzu Love Studio portrait is custom-made specifically for you and your pet, all sales are final once work on your portrait has begun.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be canceled for a full refund if work on the portrait has not yet started.

Revisions
Each custom portrait includes one complimentary revision. You will have an opportunity to review your portrait proof before the final high-resolution digital file is delivered.

Digital Products
Because our portraits are personalized digital products, returns or exchanges are not accepted after the final digital file has been delivered.

Problems With Your Order
If you receive an incorrect file, experience a technical issue with your download, or believe there is a problem with your order, please contact Tzu Love Studio so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
